She founded the Regina Miranda Company of Actors and Dancers, one of Brazil's most renowned dance companies. Jacqueline Cavalcanti crafts the dancer's body of bronze with a patina finish to preserve the sculpture's gleaming presence. The original work is part of Cavalcanti's series Dançarinas (Dancers).
