The Amplivox APLS1623 Wireless Handled Microphone system is essentially a radio transmitter and a receiver. Transmitters can be found built into handheld microphones or on a body pack transmitter to be lapel microphones and headset microphones. Receivers accept signals from the transmitter and are a plugged into any mixing console, amplifier, or other devices such as a pc computer or camcorder.
